• The Company’s primary focus will continue to be the development of its full Working Interest in the Justin Field.
• Lensoil Ltd - In an effort to diversify the company’s portfolio of assets, an investment was made in Lensoil Ltd during 2008. In addition to further investment a loan was extended to that company in 2009 to fund ongoing work to purchase a UK onshore production opportunity.
